I WAS watching the brand new sequence based mostly on William Gibson’s 2014 sci-fi novel The Peripheral after I had a type of nerdy, late-night realisations: cyberpunk has turn out to be the retro-future, a imaginative and prescient of tomorrow that feels just like the previous.
